Booking a holiday to Boracay is simple...
Let us know the dates you wish to take your holiday, the number in your party, and whether you require flights or not.
As we are primarily an internet-based business, communication is alway best by email or by using our Booking/Enquiry form here.
We endeavor to acknowledge enquiries speedily, and, if required, can telephone you at a time convenient to yourself, to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Flights
We take care of all internal arrangements in the Philippines, including accommodation, both in Manila and Boracay, internal flights, and hotel/airport transfers.
There are no direct flights to the Philippines, but there are a wide variety of options with different stop-overs, therefore it is often best for clients to book International Flights themselves. If you still wish us to assist you with International Flights, acting as retail agents for ATOL protected holders, please ask.

Payment for Holidays
We require a deposit of between 25% & 50% on confirmed bookings. This varies because we have to settle internal flight payments in full at the time of booking. Also, some hotel accommodation providers require full settlement at the time of booking, especially for "Super Peak" periods. This also applies to island transfers.
The balance is due no later than 60 days before departure.
Methods of Payment
Payment may be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Cheque, (made payable to "Philippine Trails Ltd Trust Account").
Fees
The following extra charges will apply when booking by credit card:
Visa/Mastercard - 2% charge
Debit Cards - No charge
American Express - Not accepted
PayPal - 2.9% charge
