Booking holidays is simple...
Let us know the dates you wish to take your holiday, the number in your party, and whether you require flights or not.
As we are primarily an internet-based business, communication is alway best by email or by using our Booking/Enquiry form here.
We endeavor to acknowledge enquiries speedily, and will always telephone you, at a time convenient to yourself, to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Please note that we are not alwys in the office, and contact by form or email is always the best way of reaching us. Let us have your phone number if you'd like us to call you, together with a time that's best for you.
Flights
We are also able to provide you with your return flights to The Far East, acting as retail agents for ATOL protected holders, and therefore all flights we sell are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Payment for International Flights
International flights must be paid in full at time of booking confirmation.
Payment for Holidays
We require a deposit of between 25% & 50% on confirmed bookings. This varies because some hotel accommodation providers require full settlement at the time of booking, especially for "Super Peak" periods. This also applies to island transfers.
In any event, the balance of all monies due in relation to a booking must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
Methods of Payment
Payment may be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Cheque, (made payable to "Philippine Trails Ltd Trust Account").
Fees
The following extra charges will apply when booking by credit card:
Visa/Mastercard - 2% charge
Debit/Solo cards - No charge
Amex - Not accepted
(PayPal - 2.9% - 3.4% charge depending on amount)
Internal Flights
Several tours involve two or more islands in The Philippines, and require internal air travel. There are several excellent Philippines airlines, like PAL, Cebu Pacific, Zest Air, and SEA-AIR. Our knowledge of timetables and schedules allows us to plan, and incorporate your internal flights into your holiday.
