Boracay White Water Kayaking

White Water Day Trip from Boracay

On neighbouring Panay, this full day experience includes hiking rainforests, rice terraces and bamboo suspension bridges. Plunge into the cooling rock pools of the Bugtong Batu Waterfalls, and paddle the rushing white water and stiff rapids of the Tibiao River (the only Philippines river to have hosted an international kayaking competition.

Learn the art of preparing and feasting native-style -sampling the local brew "tuba", or maybe beer and rum.

Relax in a hot "kawa" tub at Kayak Inn. The kawa is a huge fryer that was transformed into a tub where one can enjoy a hot bath. It relaxes and soothes tired muscles. The leaves put into the water is said to cure some skin disorders and adds aroma for a relaxing bath. So if you want to experience the feeling of "being cooked" with real fire underneath, the Kawa Hot Bath is a must-do activity when visiting Tibiao.

Enjoy a relaxing Fish Spa - The Tibiao Fish Spa is considered to be the most affordable fish spa in the world at just around 100 pesos for a 30 minute session. Hundreds of locally bred fish provide you with a relaxing sensation as they nibble away at your feet!

Includes boat and land transport, food and beverages, including tuba when available, beer, rum, drinking water, use of white water sit-on kayaks, instruction, porters/guides, and use of hot kawas.

What to Bring: Sunscreen, hat, insect repellent, walking shoes that will get wet (or strong sandals), swimwear, waterproof layer, change of dry clothes for the ride home, cash for tips. (Water/trekking foot wear, water bottles and day packs may be purchased from the day trip organisers on Boracay).

Paddle Boracay - Escorted Circumnavigation of Boracay by Kayak

Full day, or 2 day experience

Enjoy a leisure paddle, hugging the foreshore and taking in the scenery, stopping off to swim, snorkel, picnic and chat with locals.

This may also be done over two days, parking the kayak at Bulabog Beach (the half-way point) and returning to resume the journey the next day.
