The Philippines' tourist industry has a vital role in developing the country's prosperity, and at Philippine Trails, we're pleased to be playing our part.
We're dedicated to harnessing the enthusiasm of the Filipino people who delight in offering their hospitality and services to visitors. Together, our role is to present the Philippines as a wonderfully vibrant, fast developing, and attractive tourist destination.
Our customers come from all countries all over the world - UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Korea, and South Africa, to name just a few.

Lucy McFadden
Lucy is primarily responsible for overseeing each holiday package.
Lucy has forged strong relationships with associates, suppliers, hotels and resorts, and tour operators, not just on Boracay, but throughout the Philippines islands.

Carmelita Ignacio
Based in our Manila office, Carmelita looks after guests' arrangements from their arrival in the Philippines.
Carmen, as she is more commonly known, or one of her staff, are likely to be one of the first friendly faces you see on your arrival in Manila!
Carmen co-ordinates hotel and resort bookings, as well as other arrangements for our customers visiting the Philippines.

David Sutherland
David has an extensive knowledge of the Philippines, having visited many of the islands.
David specialises in Boracay, and works closely with Carmen to ensure holiday arrangements are in place.
Our Service
We know the hotels and resorts we recommend - we either visit ourselves, or gather knowledge via associates, and customer feedback. We regularly add new hotels and resorts to our database.
We liaise directly with the front-desks of hotels, or their managing offices. We also monitor customer feedback on hotels and accommodation.
We have Tagalog speaking staff available too.
Trust us! At Holiday Boracay our policy is to be totally transparent with all the holidays and services we offer. As far as possible, we give links to all the hotels and resorts.
